I have so many exciting updates to share with you this month! It has been an incredibly busy few weeks leading up to the launch of my brand-new website, which is finally live!‍ ‍

Class Updates New Offerings

There is so much to share with you, including two brand-new ways we can practice together.

Tuesdays in Higher Heath June 2 – July 21‍ ‍

I am amazed and incredibly grateful to share that my first term at Higher Heath is fully booked! I truly didn’t expect this level of interest, and I can’t thank you enough for your wonderful support.‍ ‍

  • The Waitlist: If you missed out on a regular spot, you can still join the waitlist here. If a regular student can't make it one week, I’ll offer that ad-hoc space to the waitlist. Joining also gives you priority booking for our next term.

New – Summer Yoga Series

Because demand has been so high, I’m exploring a few extra sessions around my schedule. First up is a flexible, limited four-week series this July. You can book individual dates or join us for the whole month.‍ ‍

  • Where: Higher Heath Village Hall

  • Time: Wednesdays, 6:15pm – 7:15pm

  • Dates: July 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th

  • Investment: £8.00 per class, or £27.00 for all four classes.

How to book: Spaces are first-come, first-served and payment is required in advance to secure your space. Please email me directly to reserve your spot, or book instantly online via my website for a small transaction fee (the four-class discount applies automatically at checkout): Book the Summer Yoga Series.‍

New – Zoom Yoga‍ ‍

If you prefer to practice from the comfort of home, these monthly sessions are now open for booking through the end of the year.‍ ‍

  • When: The first Sunday of every month, 7:00pm – 8:15pm

  • Investment: £10 (includes access to the recording for 7 days)‍ ‍

How to book: You canbook online here (transaction fees apply). If you prefer to pay by BACS to avoid fees, just drop me an email and I’ll send over the details.‍ ‍

Pause – Breathe

Our live Pause & Breathe classes are taking a little summer holiday, but I am using this time to record an on-demand series that will be available on my website soon. Keep an eye out for details!
