Taking place on the first Sunday of every month, this online class is the perfect evening ritual to transition smoothly into a new week.
When: The first Sunday of every month (Available to book for all remaining months of 2026)
Time: 19:00 – 20:15 (75-minute session)
Where: Online via Zoom (Link sent upon booking)
Investment: £10 per class
Can't make it live at 19:00? No problem. Every booking includes 7 days of on-demand access to the session recording. It will be emailed to you after the live class, allowing you to practice at a time that suits you or revisit the flow later in the week.
