Breathwork
Breathwork isn’t just about managing nerves; it’s about creating space in your body and mind to feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. Over time, it can improve wellbeing, boost resilience, and help you approach life with greater ease.
My sessions are gentle, accessible, and suitable for everyone whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already have some experience. You can join weekly classes, book a private session, or invite me to run a session for your group, event, or workplace.

Yoga Classes
I am now offering small, welcoming yoga classes that are designed to help you move in a way that meets you where you are, on that day.
My approach helps people in develop greater awareness of breath, movement and nervous system regulation in ways that support everyday life.
Lessons are based on British Wheel of Yoga principles of working in stages - this allows you to explore different variations of each posture, so you can find what works best for your body. This ideal if you are completely new to yoga, and equally valuable if you already have experience and want to deepen your understanding.
These classes form part of my training towards the Level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Public Speaking Coaching
I help people find their voice, strengthen presence, and communicate with confidence. My approach combines practical communication techniques with embodied practice, using breathwork and grounding practices to reduce nerves and build natural confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for a single presentation, regular work meetings, or delivering complex demonstrations, I support you in developing both skill and embodied confidence, so speaking becomes something you can enjoy rather than fear.
