I help people build confidence in their voice, their presence, and the way they show up in the world.
My work brings together communication coaching, yoga practice and breathwork to support people in speaking and living with greater ease.
How I got here
For more than twenty years I have worked in technology, sales and consulting roles where presenting ideas, demonstrating software and speaking to audiences was a regular part of my work. Clear communication has always been central to what I do.
Alongside my professional career, yoga became an important and steady part of my life. Through years of practice I developed a deeper understanding of how breath, movement and awareness shape the way we feel in our bodies and how we express ourselves.
Today I bring these worlds together. I support people in developing practical communication skills while also learning how to regulate their nervous system, breathe well and feel more grounded when they speak.
My aim is simple. To help people feel more comfortable in themselves, more confident expressing their ideas, and more capable of stepping into the opportunities that matter to them.

i love growing my own food
You’ll often find me at my allotment, getting my hands dirty with vegetables, herbs, and flowers. It’s my way to slow down and connect with the seasons.
i run a local book club
Our book club is really special. We often discover new ideas, perspectives, and tastes you’d never have picked yourself. It always leaves me inspired.
I volunteer with girlguide Rainbows
I love helping young people explore new skills and build confidence. It’s fun, unpredictable, and incredibly rewarding to watch them grow.
My Values
Through my own yoga practice I began to see how closely breath, movement and the nervous system are connected. I realised that confidence is not only something that happens in the mind. It is something we experience through the whole body.
This understanding shaped the way I now work with people.
I am deeply committed to making the benefits of yoga practice accessible to everyone. The principles of movement, breath awareness and embodied presence have helped me develop an approach that supports people in overcoming nerves when speaking and building stronger foundations for confidence.
